Abstract

|
본 연구는 삼음교 지압이 초산부의 분만통증, 분만
소요시간 및 실혈량에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위한
유사 실험 연구로서 비동등성 대조군 전후 시차설계
를 이용하였다.
자료수집기간은 2003년 1월 29일부터 2003년 12
월 4일까지 부산 소재 I 병원 분만실에 입원한 대상자
로 하였으며 삼음교 지압군이 28명, 삼음교 접촉군이
31명이었다.
삼음교 지압은 초산부의 자궁경관이 3㎝ 개대된 시
점부터 산부의 오른쪽 삼음교 부위에 엄지손가락을
가볍게 올려놓고 있다가 자궁수축이 일어날 때 산부
와 함께 흡기 4초, 호기 6초의 비율로 심호흡을 하면
서 8초 동안 지압하고 2초 동안 쉬는 지압을 15회 하
였다. 삼음교 접촉은 자궁수축이 있는 동안 처치자의
엄지손가락을 삼음교에 얹어 놓고 심호흡과 이완만을
유도하였다. 삼음교 접촉은 자궁수축이 있는 동안에
만 실시하였으며 횟수와 시간은 삼음교 지압군과 동
일하게 실시하였다.
자료분석은 SPSS Win 11.0 Program을 이용하여
일반적, 산과적 특성은 실수, 백분율, 평균 및 표준편
차로 구하였고, 실험군과 대조군의 동질성 검정은 χ2-
test, t-test로 연구가설은 t-test와 Repeated
Measures ANOVA로 검정하였다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the effects treatment by San-Yin-Jiao(SP6) pressure on labor pain, length of delivery time, and quantity of blood loss for primipara women.
Methods : The design of this study was quasi-experimental and non-synchronized with non-equivalent control group. The subjects comprised 59 primipara women who underwent normal vaginal delivery. The experimental group(n=28) received SP6 pressure and the control group(n=31) received SP-6 touch. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire consisting of general characteristics, a labor pain scale by numeric rating scale, length of delivery time and quantity of blood loss. Collected data were analyzed as frequency, percentage, ?2-test, t-test and Repeated Measures ANOVA using SPSS 11.0 WIN Program.
Results : The labor pain scores were not significantly different between the two groups. The total length of delivery time in the SP-6 pressure group was significantly shorter than that of the SP-6 touch group(p=0.033). The quantity of blood loss was not significantly different between the two groups.
Conclusions : These findings showed that SP-6 pressure was effective to shorten the length of delivery time, and that it did not increase blood loss. Therefore, SP6 pressure during labor could be applied as an effective nursing intervention. Nevertheless, to generalize the results it is necessary to replicate the study with a larger number of participants.
